  If I could rate this company a zero I would. They had to come out multiple times trying to fix something that they didn't do their due diligence about in the first place. We were told by a manager that they wouldn't charge us the third time but low and behold their technician tried to charge us an exorbitant amount after completing the barely sound work (We had to go in and reinforce some of the areas ourselves). After refusing to be charged again because we were initially told they would cover everything, we called and spoke to another manager and we were told otherwise. This company is full of con men and I would never use or recommend them to anyone. There are honest and better plumbers in the area. Terrible experience by this company.
