I am a regular and usually have no problems with the store but when I got up to the counter with my sister and proceeded to check out, the man with Brown hair and a beard who is usually working asks me "where's the pen you had". I was a little confused and he asked me the same thing again trying to insist I had took something? I actually felt insulted as to him thinking I would steal from a store that I go to on a regular basis. Worst customer service I have received in a long time..
